This Asian style soup is great for cutting fat and is super easy to prepare. Can you boil water? Can you cut things up? Then you have all the skills necessary to make this meal!
Optional:
Chicken broth/chicken broth bullion can be substituted for the Pho seasoning.
Add carrots, celery, and peas to make it really veggie filled!
Add chopped up potatoes to make it more filling and add carbs.
Add noodles again for more carbs and fullness.
Serving the soup over rice is another great option.
